Course Overview
A two-day refresher course intended for local authority highway inspectors who have completed the initial highway inspectors’ course within the last five years and want to renew their qualification for a further five years.It provides a reminder of the knowledge and skills already gained on the initial course, and an update on recent changes in guidance and developments in procedures. The course is delivered by experienced professionals in the field of highway safety and highway maintenance.
Aims and Objectives
This course is designed to fulfill the ongoing training requirements of local authority highway inspectors and to satisfy the requirements of the IHE certification scheme.
Certification
The refresher course complies fully with the requirements of the IHE Inspectors Board for highway inspectors’ training. Successful completion of the course will allow delegates to retain their entry on the IHE National Register of Highway Inspectors. Delegates completing this course and passing all the assessments will receive a Certificate of Training, accredited by Lantra Awards.
Course Fee
The fee for this course is £690 + VAT per person, which includes all costs (course notes, Lantra certification etc.).
